We constantly review all aspects of our website to ensure all information contained within is correct to the best of our knowledge, this includes prices and descriptions. However, we will not accept liability for errors or omissions in the description and specifications of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this website, or any other part of the site. If an order is made, and it includes such an error, it will not be accepted.
Our systems are updated regularly, but human errors may occur. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If your order is no longer available, or we are currently out of stock, we will contact you via the supplied details to inform you as soon as possible. At this point, you may wish to receive a refund, choose a different product or (subject to availability), wait until the item is back in stock.
We work hard to make sure that this website is free from viruses or defects but cannot guarantee that it is. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to computer or any other equipment caused by using this website. We recommend that you invest in the appropriate software to protect your belongings.
At the point of ordering goods or services on www.sember.co.uk, it represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods or services with the selected method of payment. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
All the details that you provide to Sember through checkout at www.sember.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods must be true, accurate, and current.
Credit cards, debit cards or PayPal accounts that you are using must be your own and you must ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. We must receive payment in full for the goods/services ordered prior to your order being processed. Please ensure that your registered payment address and your billing and/or delivery address match, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if this information does not match.
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to pay to return any items to us.
Invoiced orders are payable upon receipt, we will allow up to 48hrs to pay, failure to pay within this time will result in cancellation of the invoice, the items will then be returned to stock. (this does not apply to Sembersaver, this has its own procedure)
The price payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
Your statutory rights if you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of the course of your business or trade),: there are certain terms implied into your contract with us which we cannot exclude, or limit (for example, under the sale of goods act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose). It is important for you to know that nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. If you would like more information on your statutory rights, contact your local trading standards office (www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) or citizens advice bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk). We may update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time to comply with law or changes in business requirements. any changes will be shown on our website.
By placing an order with us you confirm you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions then in force. if you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions, do not place your order. these terms and conditions are governed by English law. in the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Sember. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our written permission.
We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of processing your order only.
We do not store payment information, all information is collected by our payment gateway providers and retained as per their terms.
If you have chosen delivery to Birmingham Womens Hospital please ensure that you include the hospital postcode (B15 2TG), your full name, ward number and floor on your order.
Cancellation of products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made-to-order items). If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have received your order before the cancellation, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. The same applies if your order has already been dispatched but not yet received.
A refund will be processed within 30 days of safe receipt of any returned goods provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
We do not have enough stock to fulfill your order, we cannot deliver to your area, one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers, a discount code is incorrectly applied, you seek to discredit the company by any means.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange items for any reason please contact us via email to inform us of your intention to do so. Please return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, unopened and with all the labels still intact and attached. Please provide your name, order number, a contact email address and state whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange the item(s). Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the item has been received. You can also return your item instore, again we require a receipt and for the item to be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and with all tags attached. Refunds and exchanges will only be considered within the 28 day timeframe.
If you have purchased a sale item and wish to return it, please return it to us within 14 days in the condition detailed above.
For an exchange, please provide the item and size you wish to exchange it for. We will then process your request; if we have the stock available, it will be dispatched to the same address as the first order. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you to organise a refund or advise you of an expected date of further stock arriving.
If the item is faulty please clearly tell us why it is faulty. Please detail your name, the order number and a contact telephone number and email address. Once we have received the returned item we will assess it and confirm whether or not it is deemed as faulty. If it is, we will organise a full refund to you by the method you originally paid. If not, we will let you know and organise to return the item to you. We will also refund you the postage costs you incur in returning any items that are deemed to be faulty.

Please obtain a free proof of Posting from the Post Office or other postal service when you send items back to us. Proof of sending however, is not proof of receipt by us.
- No change will be given.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date on which they are purchased
- Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
If you have made a payment with a gift voucher (in whole or in part) and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by gift voucher in the form of a credit note.
Competition Terms and Conditions
The competition opens on the first day that it is posted to our social media pages, on our website or distributed for public viewing and will close at the point stated in the advertisement. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.
Entry into the competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions:
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no physical cash alternatives are available.
- The winner will be drawn at random.
- The winner will be notified via the media in which they entered.
- The winner may be required for promotional activity by Sember.
- If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
- The competition is not open to employees of Sember, their families, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
- No purchase necessary, the competition is free to enter.
The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to: Sember, competition winners, 249 mary vale road, Bournville Birmingham B30 1PN. This information will be available from 28 days after the closing date for six months.
For #shareyoursembershop you are asked to display a photo or video of your purchase within our social media group ‘sembersharethelove’ , a winner will be drawn each month based on a judge selecting the most favourable image (s) or by a random number generator. The judges decision is final. A voucher prize to use against purchases will be issued to the winner. The voucher will be valid for use within the calendar month that it is issued.
The promotional terms are based on and governed by English law. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law.
Brand rep agreements can be cancelled at any time without notice. Goods cannot be sold on for a period of six weeks, if you sell an item on within this time, we will seek to recover funds to cover the full price of the item (s). Goods are supplied with the agreement that images, reviews and posts will be placed on social media and will be shared by Sember.

Looking to buy for Christmas, Christenings, Birthdays or any other special occasion? Sember Savers provides you with a way of spreading the cost of your purchases interest free. Reserve the items now by paying 20% of the total balance on ordering and taking up to three months to pay the remainder.
Simply add your items to your basket and enter the code ‘ sembersaver ‘ during checkout. Your total will be reduced by 80%. You then checkout by paying the first payment of 20% of the total basket, this payment is non refundable. If you cancel your order at any point during the payment period we reserve the right to retain the 20% deposit.
You will then receive a paypal invoice detailing the total to pay, you have up to three months to clear this invoice. Make payments as and when you can. The price of the items on your invoice are final, no further discounts can be applied. Saver orders cannot be amended, you cannot swap the content of your original order.
No orders will be dispatched until paid in full.
To receive your items for Christmas 2019 please pay your invoice in full by 15 December 2019, This will allow us time to pack and dispatch your order.
